Q: What’s the shipping cost?
A: Shipping charges will be calculated automatically during your checkout based on weight & destination country.
 
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes we do. Orders above USD 100, SGD 65, RM 150 automatically qualify for free shipping.
 
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide!
 
Q: I was charged by the customs. I want a refund.
A: Any import duties and taxes might be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
 
Q: Which courier company do you use?
A: We use various courier companies to ensure all parcels arrive on time.  Tracking numbers will be provided once we process & ship your order together with a tracking link. Customers are not allowed to pick which courier company to be used.
 
Q: When will I receive my parcel?
A: Singapore & Malaysia orders

  • Malaysia - Within 7 to 15 working days
  • Singapore - Within 7 to 15 working days
  • Other International Countries - 12-25 working days.

Q: Where can I find my tracking number?
A: You may find your tracking number in your order history. Simply log in into your account and refer to the order that you would like to track or in your mailbox. Do check out your spam box or “Promotion” folder for gmail accounts.

 
Q: How do I add/change the items in my order or my shipping details after order is placed?
A: Please note that no changes can be made to the order nor delivery address after the order has been placed.
 
Returns / Exchanges
 
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, only for defective or incorrect items.

 

Terms & Conditions :

  • Return request must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.
  • Item(s) to be returned must be in its original condition, unworn/unused.
  • Colors may vary across screens, and measurements are approximate, although we try to ensure accuracy in both. We reserve the right to refuse orders, and to make amendments to product information and prices without prior notice.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcels reach us. We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
  • Customers can choose a refund in credit term or cash upon preference.
  • All items must be sent back within 3 working days and reach us within 15 working days upon approval by our Return Department.
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.

Q: Do you accept debit cards?
A: Yes! We accept debit cards via PayPal.
 
Q: How do I sign up for PayPal?
A: You can sign up for a PayPal account by going to www.paypal.com and clicking "Sign Up".
 
Q: Who do I contact if I have a problem with my PayPal account?
A: Unfortunately, we are not in a position to assist with PayPal account problems. Please contact PayPal customer services.

Q: When will my payment be deducted from my PayPal account?
A: Payment will be deducted from your PayPal account immediately if paid by PayPal funds. However if you paid by credit/debit card, it will show up in your statement within 3-5 working days.

Q: How do i edit the information on my account?
A: To do so, click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top left hand side of the page, log in and click “Modify your address book entries”. Click “ Edit” then change your details as needed, and finally, click the ‘Continue’ button to ensure your details have been saved.
 
Q: Can i still change my address, or cancel order,  after the order is confirmed? 
A: If you have realized an error in your order or changed your mind shortly after placing your order, please send us email at info@lavishchic.boutique
 (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm UTC) and we will try to modify your order accordingly.
We generally ship orders within 1-3 days. Once our team has shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
 

Q: I have received an incorrect/missing/defective item in my order. What should i do now?
A: We are very sorry and we will like to make it up to you! Please drop us a mail at info@lavishchic.boutique with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. The matter of the issue e.g. incorrect/missing/defective item
  3. The serial number found on the product tag, or product packaging
  4. Pictures, if applicable
